The Georgia Association of REALTORS®' contracts are no longer available to non-members for free. Any non-member will have to pay $244 for access to the GAR forms. Each GAR form will then be personalized with that individual's name, company information and real estate license number. The GAR forms will continue to be free with REALTOR® membership, saving $244 per member!
