Postlicense Courses The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that each Salesperson successfully complete a 25-hour Post-license course within one year of issuance of an original Salesperson license. At Capitus, you can choose from a variety of courses and you can choose from classroom or online format. Each course is approved by the GREC and satisfies the 25-hour Postlicense requirement. A final exam is required for every course. Classroom Members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® will receive a $25 discount on most postlicense courses, except CAM.
