There are two training requirements for new members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
These training courses must be completed within the first six months of membership.
Class Information
These two classes must be completed separately.
- Atlanta REALTORS® Association Local Orientation – this program is approximately 2 hours in length and is offered every few months. Please use the links in the calendar to the right to register.
- Code of Ethics Training Online – This program can be completed in-class or online. For more information on Code of Ethics training and options, please click here.
Already a REALTOR®?
If you are currently a member of another REALTOR® Association or have held membership in the past with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and you have already completed your new member training requirements, then you would not be required to complete this training again. Proof of your New Member Code of Ethics and Orientation completion must be submitted to bypass attendance at either of these training sessions with ARA.
