Quinn is a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area and a sixth generation Atlantan. A graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Quinn has served as chairperson of the Member Engagement Committee, the RPAC Subcommittee and The Government Affairs Committee. Quinn is a 2017 Emerging Leaders Program and a recipient of both the Five Star Circle of Service and the Young Achievers Awards and also serves as an ARPAC Trustee.

Quinn and his wife live in the Grant Park neighborhood and are active fundraisers for the Grant Park Conservancy. Quinn also actively supports both Habitat For Humanity and the Georgia Transplant Foundation. As Vice President of Marketing & Business with Homestead, REALTORS®, Quinn enjoys Georgia Bulldogs football, loves English Bulldogs and snow skiing.

Mother, wife and real estate executive, Karen Hatcher, is the CEO and head broker for Sovereign Realty & Management. Karen is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), which is the elite mark of distinction to those invested in real estate demand when they seek someone who they trust to manage their assets. Serving the Atlanta-metro area for over a decade, Karen sets the standard in keeping vacancy rates low- and maximizing-income sources for her clients.

This Rochester, New York native landed in Georgia’s capital city of Atlanta when she attended Clark Atlanta University, where she received her bachelor’s in Finance degree in 2002. She then continued her education after pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Georgia State University in 2011.

Founded in 2008, Karen created Sovereign Realty & Management to be a full-service, one-stop-shop real estate management experience with the necessary “know-how” to provide her clients with unparalleled service. She and her dedicated employees serve every customer with the passion of their motto, “Improving Lives, Transforming Communities.”

Karen has been recognized by her real estate community in more ways than one. While at Georgia State, she was awarded Student of the Year in 2011 by the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®) Georgia Chapter, then gain as Candidate of the Year in 2014, and finally receiving the Presidential Award in 2015. Karen entered into the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club (Not coined Top Producers) by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in 2015 and met every year since. She continued on to be awarded the Five Star Circle of Service and Captain of the Industry awards in 2017 from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

Karen makes an effort to give back to the community that has given so much to her. She serves on the Executive Council for IREM®-Georgia Chapter, Vice President of Administration and Finance and Trustee on the Political Action committee for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, and as a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Karen also makes time for teaching and is passionate about real estate education. She is an Continuing Education instructor for the Capitus Real Estate School where she teaches Ethics and Leasing and sits at the Board of Governors. She also serves her time by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, Hosea Feed The Hungry and several other charitable organizations, all in Atlanta.

When Karen isn’t working real estate she is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children.

Kelly Thrash always knew she would follow in her Grandmother’s footsteps to become a successful REALTOR®. Watching her Grandmother be a trailblazer and help so many families inspired her from a young age. Kelly is a Lifetime Member of Top Producers of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, ranking among the Top 10% of REALTORS® in Atlanta. She is currently serving as Vice President of Community Affairs and Public Relations of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, having served six years on the Board of Directors, two years as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee, one year as the Chair for the Southeast’s Largest Real Estate Trade Show, and one year as Chair of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). Kelly is also a Major Investor and President’s Circle member in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), supporting property rights and home ownership.

Kelly has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, with extensive knowledge of the home-building market in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas, specifically specializing in Forsyth and Fulton Counties, Lake Lanier, golf communities and Big Canoe. She is also a mountain and lake specialist.

Kelly attributes her consistent success to her results-oriented approach and her effective negotiation skills. Her commitment and dedication to understanding and fulfilling her client's needs is her top priority. She is passionate about assisting buyers with finding their perfect home, as well as successfully marketing her seller's homes. To Kelly, helping her clients is her greatest joy, whether they are searching for their perfect home or looking to sell their home and move into a new chapter of their lives. She is dedicated to providing her clients with a seamless and exceptional real estate experience from beginning to end.

Originally from Alabama, Kelly graduated from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee and then obtained her bachelor's in psychology and advertising from the University of Alabama. While there, she became a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, Order of Omega and was President of the Panhellenic Association, and prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, gained 12 years of award-winning sales experience working for international and Fortune 500 companies.

Kelly has served her community through memberships with the Junior League of Atlanta, the National Association of Women Business Owners and numerous other volunteer organizations including assisting in building with Habitat for Humanity for 8 years. She is a Guardian Circle supporter of the Atlanta Humane Society.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys concerts, action movies and dining with friends all around Roswell, Alpharetta and Crabapple. She loves curling up with a good mystery book, is a Pilates enthusiast, fantasy football (she is a two-time champion!) and of course, Alabama Crimson Tide football! (ROLL TIDE)

Kelly currently lives in Crabapple with her rescue dog and rescue cat.
