Lee moved to Atlanta from his hometown of Houston in 1996 to tour with Phoenix Records recording artist, Soup. After 5 years on the road, he founded his first company, New Music Studios. This new venture in music education led him to become the National Program Director for Camp Jam. At Camp Jam, he helped musicians learn to successfully work together as a team and a business. Lee led a small team that grew Camp Jam to ten locations across the USA.

In 2006, Lee started selling real estate full-time. His results and professionalism caught the eye of the Atlanta Sold Sisters. In 2012, they made Lee their Operations Manager, and he helped them grow from $32M to $63M in just 3 years.

Based on Lee's success with the Atlanta Sold Sisters, other companies began looking to him for help growing their real estate businesses. In 2014, Lee founded Amplified Solutions to help teams and brokerages around the country grow by improving their structure, culture, and strategy.

Lee is a partner with Village Realty, a boutique brokerage in Atlanta and has been a member of the Atlanta REALTOR® Association since 2007. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors for the Atlanta REALTOR® Association, Lee was also named as their 2017 Vice President of Administration and Finance.  In the past, he has served as the YPN and Professional Development Chairs.  

He is also plugged into the state and national associations.  Lee will serve as the Technology Chair for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® in 2019, and on the NAR Data Strategies committee in 2018-2019.

Lane currently works with Ansley Atlanta Real Estate. She previously served as the Managing Broker with Harry Norman, REALTORS® with over 60+ agents. She has been recognized by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association receiving the distinguished President's Award, Captains of Industry Award and was recently named the REALTOR® of the Year in 2014. She serves as a role model for the nearly 8,000 member organization, teaching the Code of Ethics and served as Association President in 2016. Lane also serves on the Board of Directors of the 26,000 member Georgia Association of REALTORS®. In 2015, she earned the distinguished Certified Residential Broker designation. Lane also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, GRI designations.

Bill has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade in roles including sales associate, career development vice president, chief operating officer and managing broker. During his career, he has been involved in more than $2 billion in closed sales, was Rookie of the Year in 2003 and was named a Top 10 Agent Company-wide in 2010. As a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers, Bill represented the buyer in the largest residential sale in the Atlanta area in 2006. Named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans in real estate, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and professional reputation to our management team. 

In addition to his responsibilities with his agents, Bill also serves the general REALTOR® population in Atlanta though his involvement with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). Having served as the chair of three committees and vice-president four times, Bill served as the 2017 President of the Atlanta REALTORS®, one of the nation's oldest and largest associations. In addition, he also represents the Atlanta REALTORS® on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee. Bill earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute in 2016. He is the recipient of the Atlanta REALTORS® Five Star Circle of Excellence award in recognition of his leadership and innovative thinking, in addition to receiving the Captain of the Industry award twice for his continued support and service.

Outside of the real estate industry, Bill was recognized as a top campaign fundraiser for The Leukemia & Leukemia Society’s Annual Atlanta Man & Woman of the Year campaign where the 2015 group raised over $1,100,000 to go toward research to eradicate blood cancers. He was named the 2016 corporate walk chair by the Georgia Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for its 2016 Atlanta Light The Night Walk, an annual fundraising event that raised more than $1.5 million to fund lifesaving research and to provide support and information to families affected by blood cancers. He was named to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Georgia Chapter Board of Trustees in 2016. 

Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in commerce and business administration. Bill and his wife, Audra, have two children, Carter and Leighton.

The North Atlanta office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty opened in 2009 and is based in Sanctuary Park, specializing in northern suburban areas such as Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming and Milton.
